In 2022, Brilar implemented Sitefotos to digitize field photo documentation, property measurements and snow and landscape service workflows as part of its Field Service Management efforts across Brilar's U.S. portfolio. The deployment centered on improving site transparency and accelerating proposals and contractor invoicing by capturing standardized field evidence and measurement data at the point of service.
Sitefotos was configured to support mobile field capture and mapping workflows, leveraging a mobile GPS timestamped photo application alongside Mapbuilderpro mapping and measurement functionality. Configuration emphasized structured metadata capture, geotagging, and visual annotation to produce consistent, auditable site records for estimating and service validation. The implementation aligned typical Field Service Management capabilities with Brilar's snow and landscape service processes, enabling field crews to collect measurement and photographic data in situ.
Operational coverage included field operations, estimating and contractor management across Brilar's United States portfolio, with the system feeding documented site information into proposal and invoicing workflows. Integrations were implemented to ensure collected photo and measurement assets were available to operational and administrative teams responsible for proposals and contractor billing. The solution supported both mobile field users and back office review by operations and estimating staff.
Governance was structured around operations ownership and role based access to field capture and mapping tools, with rollout sequenced for field crews and administrative users to standardize workflows. The implementation produced clearer site visibility and faster handoff between field documentation and commercial processes, directly supporting proposals and contractor invoicing as stated by Brilar.
