In 2019 Broadway Industrial Group implemented Odoo Enterprise as its ERP Financial application for core accounting. The deployment focused on General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable modules, and included structured migration of historical AP, AR and GL data from Excel into Odoo Enterprise using provided templates and verification procedures. Daily accounting data entry, transaction verification against source documents, and maintenance of organized digital records were operationalized as part of standard finance workflows.
Operational scope covered corporate finance teams at the Singapore site including month-end close activities, preparation of assigned journal entries and reconciliation schedules, and compilation of system data to support audit and tax filing requests. Governance was enforced through role-based data entry responsibilities, template-driven migration checklists, and checklist-based verification steps that routed reconciliations and assigned journals through finance approval processes. In 2022 Broadway Industrial Group deployed Yonyou U9 Cloud as its Manufacturing ERP. The implementation targeted configuration of ERP workflows and integration with Manufacturing Execution Systems to support production, quality, supply chain and finance processes across the manufacturing footprint.
Yonyou U9 Cloud was configured to host workflow automation, approval routing and MES interfaces, with bespoke workflow definitions and approval processes built into the ERP. The project included development of SQL queries to extract and analyze manufacturing data, activities that directly supported business requirements analysis and the company digitalization roadmap.
Integrations explicitly included enterprise Microsoft 365 adoption and a redesigned SharePoint architecture, enabling document management and end user adoption for 200+ users across global operations.
