The implementation centered on the Equifax TDX Group real-time Query Portal as the operational module, providing real-time query intake for external debt collection agencies, automated response workflows, and account-level resolution support to handle inbound DCA enquiries. Configuration emphasized rapid provisioning and workflow orchestration to enable consistent, automated query handling across collections teams, aligning portal capabilities with standard Debt Collection and Recovery functional workflows.
Deployment was completed over a two week period with minimal IT integration, enabling fast operational adoption by collections and finance staff and by external DCAs. Governance changes focused on centralizing external DCA query handling through the portal and formalizing response workflows; rollout covered UK telecoms collections operations. Documented outcomes for the engagement included a 100% query response rate, a 30% uplift on queried accounts and over £1m additional collections in the first 12 months.
