In 2020 BTG Pactual implemented Zoom for Audio Video and Web Conferencing on its public website to enable browser-based client meetings and virtual events. Deployment uses embedded Zoom web client components on the site to provide meetings, webinars, audio and video conferencing, screen sharing, and recording capabilities accessible to external users without installing client software. The implementation emphasizes web-based access and scheduling workflows to support customer-facing communications and event registration within the corporate web experience.
