Integrations with customer relations workflows were explicit, with SS&C AMISYS Advance serving as the authoritative source for provider records used in adjudication and internal escalation handling. Governance and operationalization included weekly team meetings to assess morale, productivity, and quality, generation of weekly inventory and productivity reports, escalation paths for urgent provider data and claims issues, and use of internal trainers and back-up trainers to onboard associates on SS&C AMISYS Advance processes. The implementation emphasized procedural controls around daily, weekly, and monthly claims inventory and positioned SS&C AMISYS Advance as the operational core for provider data and claims teams.
