In 2015, Burgers Zoo Arnhem went live with Exact Globe alongside Exact Synergy, adopting Exact Globe as its ERP Financial system to centralize core accounting and transaction workflows. The go-live at the beginning of 2015 established Exact Globe as the primary ERP Financial application supporting the zoo's financial administration functions.
The deployment was provisioned from a new private cloud environment, and Business Experts supervised the lion's share of the implementation. Functional modules and capabilities implemented include financial administration, payroll processing, and automated purchase invoice processing, with automation of invoice capture and AP workflow instrumentation called out in the project scope.
Operational coverage is site level, focused on Burgers Zoo Arnhem, and the implementation impacts finance, payroll, and accounts payable operations. In 2015 Burgers' Zoo Arnhem went live with Exact Synergy and Exact Globe in a new private cloud environment, a deployment supervised primarily by Business Experts. The implementation brought Exact Synergy into production as the Document Management layer alongside Exact Globe, with the project team reporting a successful cutover at the Arnhem site.
