Infor Legacy Infor SunSystems ERP Financial ERP Financial Management Vision33 2014 2015
In 2014 Cabot Financial implemented Infor SunSystems as its core ERP Financial platform to centralize accounting and transactional finance functions. The deployment established a primary system of record for accounts payable and general ledger activities, and the Infor SunSystems integration points were configured to accept automated purchase order postings originating from the procurement layer. The implementation emphasized accounts payable automation and procurement orchestration, linking Infor SunSystems with iDocuments Purchasing to maintain a seamless PO to invoice lifecycle. Configuration work included automated PO number generation on approval, posting of approved POs into the Infor SunSystems ledger, and workflow-driven approvals to minimize manual data entry for the AP team. Integration architecture centered on a tightly coupled connection between iDocuments Purchasing and Infor SunSystems, enabling POs issued from iDocuments to post automatically into the ERP and to be issued to suppliers. Operational coverage focused on the Finance and Accounts Payable teams, supporting a five person AP team that was processing approximately 200 invoices per day, and later forming part of a broader upgrade effort when the finance application suite reached end of life in late 2020. Vision33 served as the systems integrator for the SunSystems and iDocuments workstreams during the upgrade and ongoing optimization. Governance changes included formalized invoice processing workflows and procurement approval controls to preserve supplier relations and speed invoice handling, and the project scope expanded to include eight finance applications during the 2020 modernization activity. The combined Infor SunSystems and iDocuments Purchasing configuration kept AP processing highly automated, sustaining supplier issuance and invoice flow while reducing manual entry for the Finance organization. The implemented solution directly supported faster invoice processing and maintained supplier relationships through consistent PO issuance and integrated accounting records.

C&R Software Legacy C&R Software Debt Manager Debt Collection and Recovery ERP Services and Operations n/a 2018 2018
In 2018, Cabot Financial implemented C&R Software Debt Manager to manage and standardize its Debt Collection and Recovery operations within its Banking and Financial Services organization in the United Kingdom. The deployment was positioned to support Cabot Financial’s UK collections teams and related operational functions for an organization of approximately 1,200 employees. The implementation emphasized core Debt Collection and Recovery capabilities inherent to C&R Software Debt Manager, including case management, automated workflow orchestration for collector activities, debtor contact and preference management, payment plan and receivables tracking, and regulatory compliance reporting. Configuration work focused on collector workflow templates, scripted communications and configurable segmentation rules to ensure consistent treatment strategies and audit-ready transaction trails across collector desks. Architecture was delivered as the C&R Software Debt Manager platform managed by the vendor and embedded into Cabot Financial operational processes, with usage spanning collections, operations and compliance functions. Governance included role-based access controls and a structured rollout across collections teams, supported by vendor-led onboarding and configuration services, and Cabot Financial reported that the Debt Manager solution has been an ideal solution for our business, and C&R Software has been a great partner every step of the way.
