Governance and process changes formalized manager approval workflows, shift swap and leave request processes, and scheduled reconciliation of time records for payroll processing. Rollout focused on staged operational adoption across Cafe Sydney teams with manager training and defined scheduling ownership to embed the new Workforce Management workflows.
