The RITEQ Workforce Manager implementation configured core Workforce Management capabilities including scheduling, time and attendance, rostering, leave management and employee self service. Configuration work emphasized shift templates, skill based rostering and automated time capture workflows to reduce manual schedule maintenance and enforce consistent timekeeping practices.
The implementation accounted for the existing restaurant technology landscape, leveraging strong operational knowledge of Micros, Restpac and OpenTable to inform roster planning and demand driven staffing alignment. RITEQ Workforce Manager was positioned to coordinate schedule signals alongside point of sale and reservation operations, with data mapping and operational procedures defined to align staffing to sales and bookings patterns.
Governance and process changes formalized manager approval workflows, shift swap and leave request processes, and scheduled reconciliation of time records for payroll processing.
