Deployment followed a phased divisional rollout. In Fall 2017 the Office of the President, University Advancement, Division of Human Resources, Diversity and Inclusion, Division of Information Technology, and Division of Administration and Finance went live. Student Affairs went live February 1, 2018, and both the Office of the Provost and University Extended Education went live April 2, 2018. Manual and paper travel requests and travel expense claims were explicitly retired, with staff required to submit travel requests and expense reports through SAP Concur Expense and questions routed to concur@fullerton.edu.
Governance was enforced through required submission policies tied to the go live schedule, shifting travel and expense administration from paper based processes to the Concur hosted workflow. The rollout emphasized divisional compliance and centralized processing of travel approvals and procurement card expenditures under the new Expense Management system.
