The rollout established document and data exchange patterns with external audit and tax vendors to support annual external audit and tax filing requirements and incorporated billing coordination with Brand Partnerships and Cameo for Business for new customer onboarding and receivable tracking. Governance changes centered on formalizing procure to pay and order to cash procedures, standardizing reconciliation ownership between sub ledgers and the General Ledger, and creating escalation and update cadences for time sensitive ad hoc projects. Operational responsibilities were aligned to existing finance teams, with the Director of Accounting accountable for month end close adherence and FP&A providing analytical support for forecast alignment.
