Microsoft Infor Lawson Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP Financial ERP n/a 2012 2012
In 2012, CAMP Systems implemented Microsoft Dynamics GP, replacing Infor Lawson, to consolidate its finance and accounting systems. The Microsoft Dynamics GP deployment served as the company wide ERP Financial platform supporting general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Configuration work centered on core GL configuration, chart of accounts rationalization, AP and AR process automation, and executive reporting. The implementation included custom reporting using derived fields to meet executive requirements, and Microsoft Dynamics GP was instrumented to support GL interfaces and transaction imports. Payroll posting and benefits accounting workflows were configured to accept external feeds. Separately, in 2014 to 2015 senior systems consultant Steven James migrated CAMP Systems from ADP version 2 to ADP Workforce NOW version 7.1 for three companies, and installed the GL interface from ADP into accounting systems including Great Plains and Acumatica. Integrations established include a benefits interface to reduce carrier billing errors and an import workflow for employee expense reimbursements from Certify through ADP. Operational coverage included finance, payroll and HR across CAMP Systems locations in the United States with bi weekly payroll processing rules covering approximately 400 US employees and 40 Canadian employees. Governance measures included formalized policies and procedures for bi weekly payroll processing, ADP certification in payroll time and attendance human resources and benefits, and renegotiation of ADP processing costs that yielded a stated annual savings of 150K.

UKG Legacy UKG Pro HCM (ex UltiPro HCM) Core HR HCM n/a 2014 2018
In 2014, CAMP Systems implemented UKG Pro HCM (ex UltiPro HCM) as its Core HR platform. The deployment established UKG Pro HCM as the primary HRIS for the organization, covering workforce administration for approximately 1,020 employees in the United States and supporting the professional services business function. Configuration centers on Core HR capabilities, with centralized employee records and applicant lifecycle management integrated into the HRIS. CAMP Systems uses UltiPro as an applicant tracking system on its external careers site, capturing candidate applications through the UltiPro job board and routing those records into UKG Pro HCM for recruiting workflow alignment. Operational coverage is focused on HR and talent acquisition, consolidating candidate intake from the public careers site into the Core HR record within UKG Pro HCM (ex UltiPro HCM). Governance and process orientation emphasize a single source of truth for personnel and recruiting data, aligning applicant tracking with ongoing employee record maintenance and HR administrative processes.

Microsoft Legacy Microsoft Power BI Analytics and BI Analytics and BI n/a 2016 2018
In 2016, CAMP Systems implemented Microsoft Power BI as its enterprise Analytics and BI platform. The Microsoft Power BI deployment was focused on delivering interactive dashboards and self-service reporting across core commercial functions, with data analysis performed using Oracle and SQL Server database sources to surface department-level metrics. The implementation included semantic data modeling and dashboard development to support Operations, Sales, and Marketing use cases, using Power BI report authoring, visualization, and dataset layering to consolidate disparate metric definitions. Data ingestion and transformation workflows were built to pull transactional and aggregated data from Oracle and SQL Server into Power BI datasets, enabling consistent KPI calculation and cross-functional reporting. Integrations explicitly included direct connectivity to Oracle and SQL Server database systems, with Power BI serving as the presentation and analytics layer for Operations, Sales, and Marketing departments. Operational scope centered on departmental metrics and dashboards rather than enterprise resource planning consolidation, with distinct report views aligned to each business function. Governance was instituted around report ownership, access controls, and dataset management to maintain metric integrity and control publish rights, alongside standard Analytics and BI practices such as dataset refresh scheduling and role-based access. The configuration emphasized centralized data models in Microsoft Power BI and distributed dashboard consumption by business users in Operations, Sales, and Marketing.
