Oracle Legacy Oracle NetSuite ERP ERP Financial ERP Financial Management n/a 2015 2015
In 2015, Campus Living Villages Australia implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP to centralize core financial recordkeeping and reporting. The deployment targeted ERP Financial requirements including maintenance of the general ledger, preparation of supporting schedules, and statutory financial statements across the organisation. The implementation configured Oracle NetSuite ERP for general ledger processes, preparation of income statements and statements of financial position, and maintenance of supporting schedules. Accounts payable, accounts receivable and purchase order review workflows were formalized to validate documents against budget plans, while cash reconciliation procedures and variance analysis workflows were embedded to investigate and adjust financial discrepancies during month end close. Operational integration work included technical expertise with the Star Rez accommodation management system as a point of sale system to align transaction feeds and revenue records into Oracle NetSuite ERP. Finance personnel provided system and financial support to operational staff and designed and maintained flexible budgets for operational teams based on actual versus budgeted cost drivers. Compliance controls and reporting in NetSuite were used to maintain adherence to Management Deeds, Operator Deeds and Financial Covenants. Governance and process changes were driven by finance representation in budgetary meetings and committee activity, including serving on the committee for updating the companys fixed asset policy. Day to day operational coverage included preparing income statements and statements of financial position, performing cash reconciliations, reviewing AP AR PO documents against budgets, and communicating adjustments and system support to operational teams.

Oracle ADP PayForce Oracle NetSuite SuitePeople Payroll Payroll HCM n/a 2015 2015
In 2015, Campus Living Villages Australia implemented Oracle NetSuite SuitePeople Payroll. The deployment centralized payroll administration for 1300 employees and established a single Payroll platform to support ANZ human resources operations. Oracle NetSuite SuitePeople Payroll was configured to handle employee onboarding, employee master data maintenance, payroll calculations, and payroll reporting, enabling HR staff to set up new employees, update employee details and prepare reports using the payroll system. The payroll configuration supported annual Award increase workflows and the Remuneration Review process, with reporting outputs tailored to the Head of HR ANZ. The implementation replaced ADP PayForce and consolidated employee payroll records into Oracle NetSuite SuitePeople Payroll, reducing system fragmentation between HR operational tasks and payroll processing. Operational coverage included coordination of compliance activities such as completion of national Police Checks and Working with Children checks audit processes, and alignment with Learning and Development initiatives like Franklin Covey's Speed of Trust and 7 Habits of Highly Effective People programs. Governance adjustments routed remuneration review approvals and individual talent assessment inputs through payroll reporting and HR workflows, and the payroll team supported the Group HR Director and Head of HR ANZ in preparing Individual Talent Assessments. Ongoing HR project work was managed through the payroll platform and associated HR processes to maintain audit readiness and payroll data integrity.
