The organization deployed Form Builder to replace a paper-based user access request process, enabling submission via Manager Self Service and embedding approval workflow to improve audit traceability. Operational coverage spans employees, managers, administrators, the Payroll and Benefits team, and procurement and inventory users, with role-based security applied to WorkCenters and self-service pages. Governance and process changes were executed through selective adoption from PUM image 36, minimal customization of delivered Health and Safety functionality, and workflow and email alert configurations to reduce manual handoffs. Explicit outcomes documented by the customer include elimination of paper incident forms through the PeopleSoft Health and Safety Employee Self Service, streamlined incident reporting with workflow and email alerts that reduced manual effort, more efficient centralized work for Payroll and Benefits via WorkCenters, and improved audit readiness through the Form Builder workflow and role-based security.

Governance and delivery practices were formalized, including technical design documentation, code reviews for quality and security compliance, unit and integration test plans and coordination of user acceptance testing with business SMEs. Project schedule creation, mentoring of technical resources, production migration oversight and maintenance of user guides, technical support guides and installation documentation were part of the program to ensure operational readiness and ongoing supportability of Oracle Cloud HCM and integrated HR applications.
