In 2021 Cape Cod HealthCare implemented Oracle Cloud HCM as its Core HR solution. The engagement centered on delivering technical solutions to enable new and modified HR processes while coordinating with existing PeopleSoft development and support activities within the IT organization.
The implementation emphasized Core HR functionality via Oracle Cloud HCM, and ran in parallel with ongoing support for PeopleSoft Finance and Supply Chain Management and PeopleSoft Human Capital Management components used by the organization. Technical capabilities implemented included PeopleSoft Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Application Packages, Integration Broker, component interfaces, BI Publisher, SQR and PL/SQL based development to automate processes and extend delivered functionality where configuration alone was insufficient.
Integrations were explicitly designed and developed for Oracle Cloud HCM, Taleo and related HR applications, with additional integration interfaces referenced for ATSS systems where applicable.
