In 2018 Capital Health implemented Oracle Cloud HCM to consolidate its Core HR capability for an organization of roughly 1,700 employees. Evosys served as the implementation partner and provided functional offshore support for HCM Fusion during configuration and rollout.
The deployment focused on Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules, including employee records and workforce administration, position and org management, onboarding and lifecycle events, benefits configuration, and absence management. Configurations emphasized the canonical HR data model, role based access control, and standard security profiles to align clinical and corporate HR processes.
Evosys delivered the implementation using a phased approach across HR functional domains, with offshore functional teams responsible for build, test, and knowledge transfer. The program established configuration governance, change management routines, and scripted cutover activities to transition transactional HR workstreams into Oracle Cloud HCM.
Operational handoff centered on centralized HRIS administration and ongoing offshore support for HCM Fusion, enabling Capital Health to manage Core HR data and HR operational workflows from a unified Oracle Cloud HCM platform.

Hyland OnBase was configured to provide core Content Management capabilities typical for acute care settings, including document capture and imaging, indexed document repositories, configurable workflow orchestration for coding and physician query routing, role based access controls, and records retention and audit logging. Configuration emphasized structured abstraction fields so coders could extract required elements and populate the hospital information system according to established coding policies and sequencing rules.
Operationally the implementation covered the Health Information Management coding function and revenue cycle adjacent tasks, with job roles requiring familiarity with Cerner EHR, 3M encoder, and HBOC as part of the working environment. OnBase was used to surface clinical documentation for abstraction, support electronic query communications with physicians or staff, and enable remote coder access while maintaining audit trails and security controls.
Governance centered on formalizing coding workflows, physician query processes, and document lifecycle policies to reduce accounts pending documentation and to ensure regulatory compliance. Role based user provisioning, workflow escalation rules, and audit logging were applied to control access and to support HIM coder productivity and adherence to coding guidelines.
