Functional capabilities implemented include centralized provisioning, real-time visibility and alerting, and remote troubleshooting through the Peplink InControl 2 dashboard. Operational coverage included all 21 branches and focused on supporting customer service and field operations workflows, with centralized monitoring and troubleshooting governance introduced to standardize incident response.
