In 2025, Carglass implemented Peplink InControl 2 as the central management plane for its network estate. Digimark provisioned Peplink Balance routers and used Peplink InControl 2 to unify 21 branches in Greece, consolidating network operations that support operations/CRM. The rollout positions Peplink InControl 2 within the EMM / MDM / MAM category as the device and network edge management console responsible for configuration, monitoring, and policy distribution across branch routers. This implementation links company application management, Carglass Peplink InControl 2 EMM / MDM / MAM operations/CRM into a single managed estate.
The architecture moved the estate away from an MPLS-based design to locally deployed Peplink Balance routers under centralized InControl 2 control, delivering zero-downtime failover and lower operational costs by eliminating MPLS. Functional capabilities implemented include centralized provisioning, real-time visibility and alerting, and remote troubleshooting through the Peplink InControl 2 dashboard. Operational coverage included all 21 branches and focused on supporting customer service and field operations workflows, with centralized monitoring and troubleshooting governance introduced to standardize incident response. Outcomes explicitly reported were zero-downtime failover, reduced operational cost from removing MPLS, and full network visibility for centralized troubleshooting and monitoring.
