Operational coverage extended across Carrefour Poland store replenishment and the companys supply chain partner network, using the ORTEC web portals to coordinate execution and visibility between planners and external carriers. The solution supported standard Transportation Management workflows including order consolidation, load planning, dispatch orchestration and execution monitoring, improving day to day transport planning and responsiveness to seasonality driven demand fluctuation. Governance changes centered on centralized route planning and real time dispatch workflows, with planners leveraging ORTEC Routing Suite for high visibility over supply chain components and partners using web portals for execution. Reported outcomes included increased vehicle capacity utilization, high visibility enabling cost efficient planning processes, improved store service level, better response to demand fluctuation and a decrease in kilometers driven, with the customer noting we observed up to 10% decrease in kilometers per pallet.
