The project included a data and system transition from Frontier Software iChris into Ceridian Dayforce HCM, aligning time in attendance inputs and HR master data into the Dayforce environment. Integrations and operational interfaces focused on statutory reporting feeds for Single Touch Payroll and superannuation processing, plus internal reporting to finance and shared services teams for month and year end reconciliations. Operational coverage spanned payroll operations, audit support, escalations, and stakeholder reporting across payroll, HR and finance functions. Pinpoint HRM served as the systems integrator for the rollout, and governance design centered on a Payroll Manager reporting to the Senior Shared Services Manager to manage ongoing operations. Process controls implemented included structured month end and end of pay processes, escalations and audit support workflows, and ongoing legislative compliance monitoring for Australian payroll requirements. The implementation narrative positions Ceridian Dayforce HCM as the organisations Core HR hub for payroll and time management under a centralized shared services governance model.
