Staff documented checking invoices and generating POs through Basware E-Invoicing while updating records in Orca and maintaining notifications and incident reports in ecase 5.0, and workflows interfaced with Human force for staff rostering and with Smart recruiter for recruitment coordination. IT performed account provisioning and administrators coordinated with payroll and timekeeping activities such as timesheet and leave management, embedding Basware E-Invoicing into day to day AP operations and administrative governance.

In 2023 Catholic Healthcare implemented Ceridian Dayforce HCM as its Core HR system. The deployment established Dayforce as the central HRIS and payroll engine for a not for profit aged care provider that manages payroll for approximately 5,800 employees on a fortnightly cycle. The implementation targeted shared services operations centered at the Macquarie Park Corporate Head Office and was intended to support both corporate HR and distributed care sites across the organisation.
Ceridian Dayforce HCM was configured to support core payroll processing, time and attendance capture, employee data management, and reporting capabilities. Functional workflows implemented include end to end payroll processing, leave liability processing, fortnightly payroll runs, Single Touch Payroll reporting and PayDay Super processes, and payroll data integrity controls. The configuration emphasized payroll accuracy and payroll governance workflows used by a dedicated payroll team of nine specialists and an HR function of approximately 60 professionals.
The project included a data and system transition from Frontier Software iChris into Ceridian Dayforce HCM, aligning time in attendance inputs and HR master data into the Dayforce environment. Integrations and operational interfaces focused on statutory reporting feeds for Single Touch Payroll and superannuation processing, plus internal reporting to finance and shared services teams for month and year end reconciliations. Operational coverage spanned payroll operations, audit support, escalations, and stakeholder reporting across payroll, HR and finance functions.
Pinpoint HRM served as the systems integrator for the rollout, and governance design centered on a Payroll Manager reporting to the Senior Shared Services Manager to manage ongoing operations. Process controls implemented included structured month end and end of pay processes, escalations and audit support workflows, and ongoing legislative compliance monitoring for Australian payroll requirements. The implementation narrative positions Ceridian Dayforce HCM as the organisations Core HR hub for payroll and time management under a centralized shared services governance model.
