In 2019, CCC Capital Group implemented SAP S/4 HANA as its new financial and accounting backbone, adopting the SAP S/4 HANA application to modernize core finance operations within the ERP Financial category. The deployment was aligned to the Group's GO.22 business strategy and to centralize finance functions through a Shared Services Center model launched in Polkowice, positioning the program as a Group-level finance standardization initiative.
The implementation covered core financial and accounting modules and extended to consolidation, procurement, investment management and controlling, with configuration work focused on standardizing and simplifying business processes. SAP Analytics Cloud was provisioned to support budgeting and spending planning and to complement the existing Business Intelligence tool for management reporting, supporting unified data models for management information and accelerated status and management reporting.
Operational coverage was scoped to finance and accounting across CCC Group companies and to the new Shared Services Center in Polkowice for centralized processing and reporting. The SAP S/4 HANA environment was integrated with SAP Analytics Cloud and the companys collaboration and IT tooling, including Sharepoint, Confluence, JIRA and Zoom, which supported a remote-ready rollout and secure teamwork during the COVID restrictions.
Governance changes began with a year-long pre-implementation analysis and included standardization of financial data, streamlined reporting workflows and centralized control processes inside the Shared Services Center. The program explicitly targeted increased ongoing control over subsidiary results, improved quality of finance and accounting processes, scalability of solutions and cost discipline across the Group, with the implementation completed on schedule despite pandemic-related remote work conditions.
