| FIS Global | Legacy | FIS GETPAID | AR Automation | ERP | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, CCM Hockey implemented FIS GETPAID for AR Automation to formalize credit assessment, credit limit workflows and collections case management across its finance organization. The deployment supported a 500 employee, Canada based retail business and focused the accounts receivable function on disciplined credit file maintenance and visibility for customer facing sales representatives and credit and collections staff.
The FIS GETPAID implementation configured modules for credit file management, configurable credit limit workflows, collections notes and tasking, and manual risk scoring to requalify accounts. Operational rules were embedded to fast track 10 to 15 thousand credit limit accounts that fall into a mid risk range, requiring two or more of the following for requalification, sound up to date financials, security or personal guarantees, and sound internal DBT history plus Sicadex scores. Teams also used the SICA website to extrapolate financial ratio data where available to accelerate credit reviews and to support scoring decisions within FIS GETPAID.
Operational coverage centered on the centralized credit team working closely with CFS reps, collections specialists and finance leads to prioritize outstanding credit files. Ongoing status and follow up activity were documented directly in the Getpaid notes to give CFS reps real time visibility into pending files, requests for customer information, and requalification steps. The implementation emphasized capture of verbal follow up activity and the regularity and quality of those calls as an input to each account record.
Governance changes included a formal cadence for credit file reviews, prioritization criteria for files not reviewed in two or more years, and explicit processes to evaluate accounts with incomplete financials using security plus updated internal and external repayment history. The deployment placed process controls around documentation, review priorities and cross team dialogue so credit reviewers could reassign priorities, fast track lower limit mid risk accounts and maintain ongoing relevance of outstanding credit files within FIS GETPAID.
