Governance was steered through finance process redesign and configuration of approval hierarchies and audit controls, with senior business analysis support provided during the Jan 2020 to Jan 2021 engagement. Oracle Expenses Cloud was instrumented to support institutional expense policy controls and caregiver payment orchestration within the Department of Health, Victoria.
