The team captured requirements from internal stakeholders, generated the backlog and user stories, performed sprint planning, daily meetings and sprint reviews, and provided training and go live support for SAP Business One, with an explicit focus on optimizing and automating day to day tasks across commercial, logistics and service functions.

Integrations synchronized accounts, product catalog data and order status across sales, operations, marketplaces and service teams using API based connectivity patterns and centralized data mapping to preserve master data consistency. Project governance was organized around sprint planning, daily meetings, sprint reviews and continuous backlog refinement, with the team responsible for requirements capture, feasibility analysis, progress reporting and issue resolution. The rollout included training and delivery to internal stakeholders, and the program explicitly targeted optimizing and automating day-to-day tasks while advancing the digital transformation of company processes.
