Operational coverage remained focused on HR and DP teams within the companys Brazil operations, with configuration scaled to a small employer profile and simple approval hierarchies. Governance changes included standardizing the point closing cadence and moving approval and recordkeeping into the Solides platform, shifting responsibility for vacation compliance into the HR system of record. The implementation delivered a reduction in time to close the point and attendance process from two days to about one hour, an approximately 93 percent reduction, illustrating tangible process compression within the Absence and Leave Management domain.
