In 2016 Central Network Retail Group implemented PlanSource ATS as the Applicant Tracking System component of a broader PlanSource HR consolidation. This implementation extended a PlanSource benefits deployment that CNRG had adopted in 2013 under broker partner Strategic Benefits Design, bringing recruiting and onboarding under the same vendor suite.
The PlanSource ATS was deployed alongside payroll, time and attendance, onboarding, and ACA compliance modules, creating a unified functional environment for recruiting, candidate workflow management, hire sequencing and regulatory reporting. PlanSource ATS configuration emphasized applicant tracking workflows and onboarding sequencing integrated with the employer payroll and time modules within the PlanSource platform.
CNRG and Strategic Benefits Design signed with PlanSource in June of 2015 and executed an accelerated rollout plan to have the full system operational for August Open Enrollment, a six week target for cutover and readiness. Deployment scope was company wide for Central Network Retail Group, aligning recruiting through onboarding and ACA compliance across the United States operations.
Governance focused on consolidating HR workflows into the PlanSource suite and coordinating benefits administration, payroll, timekeeping and applicant tracking under a single platform and operating model. The earlier 2013 deployment had already taken CNRG off paper for benefits, and the rapid 2015 to 2016 rollout aimed to operationalize PlanSource ATS and related HR modules in time for the open enrollment cycle.
