HRsoft Legacy HRsoft COMPview Compensation Management HCM n/a 2015 2015
In 2015, The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health implemented HRsoft COMPview as a Compensation Management application to support recruitment and offer workflows across the organization. The deployment was scoped to support recruitment by posting positions internally and externally on various websites and HR systems, drafting employment letters, and ensuring data captured during hiring aligned with internal policies, collective agreements and Canadian employment law. HRsoft COMPview was configured to handle core compensation management activities such as salary administration, compensation planning and offer letter generation, with templates and rule sets aligned to collective agreements. Automation focused on consistent data capture at job posting and offer stages to reduce manual entry and ensure the compensation components used in offers matched policy governed pay structures. Integrations included direct exchanges with existing HR systems, specifically HRsoft and Rhythmyx, enabling position postings and synchronized employee data between recruiting workflows and the compensation engine. Posting workflows extended to external job boards and internal job pages, while the employment letter generation leveraged structured fields from the integrated HR systems to maintain legal and policy consistency. Operational coverage centered on HR operations, recruitment teams and hiring managers across CAMH in Canada, reflecting the institution size of approximately 5000 employees. Governance was formalized to maintain alignment with collective bargaining requirements and employment law, using standardized templates, approval routing and audit-able data capture during the hiring and offer process. The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health continued to use HRsoft COMPview as the central Compensation Management tool for recruitment related compensation and offer administration. The configuration emphasized policy-aligned workflows and integrated posting to external and internal channels to ensure consistency of compensation information during hiring.
