Operational coverage was enterprise-wide by division and impacted HR, store operations, customer service, and finance, with leadership cohorts for 60+ executives and manager development for more than 200 managers. The program operated under a centralized OD governance model and a PMO co-led with the VP of Finance, and Deloitte Consulting was engaged to conduct financial and organizational analysis to optimize expenses and span of control. Governance and rollout emphasized phased implementation, measurement cadence tied to survey results, and a sustainability program to embed new behaviors. Operational processes implemented through the system included scheduling market appointments and travel logistics to select and negotiate new merchandise, and orchestrating PO lifecycle and vendor follow up to improve on time delivery. Governance changes formalized OTB controls, PO approval and allocation workflows to keep selling floors well stocked and to meet consumer demand. The implementation supported store-level merchandising and expansion activities, including a new Manhattan men and women shoe store which currently accounts for 40% of sales.
