The deployment of UKG Great Place to Work Emprising was configured to administer Great Place to Work surveys, automate action-plan workflows by division, and sustain learning through a structured onboarding and leadership curriculum. Functional capabilities implemented included engagement survey administration, division-level GPTW action planning, a 12-month new hire onboarding program, leadership development using 360 feedback, DiSC, SLII and executive coaching, and a Manager as Leader competency framework for front-line and mid-level managers.
Operational coverage was enterprise-wide by division and impacted HR, store operations, customer service, and finance, with leadership cohorts for 60+ executives and manager development for more than 200 managers. The program operated under a centralized OD governance model and a PMO co-led with the VP of Finance, and Deloitte Consulting was engaged to conduct financial and organizational analysis to optimize expenses and span of control.
Governance and rollout emphasized phased implementation, measurement cadence tied to survey results, and a sustainability program to embed new behaviors. Outcomes explicitly recorded during the program included a 20 point increase in Great Place to Work employee engagement, CSAT improving by 1.4 points to 4.66 out of 5, new hire time to productivity improving by 40 percent, a 98 percent GPTW success rate for new hires feeling welcomed and valued, a 96 percent effectiveness score for the executive leadership program, and reported enterprise savings of over 10 million dollars.

In 2006, Century 21 implemented Oracle Retail Merchandising System. The deployment targeted Retail Management capabilities to support merchandising, procurement and inventory allocation for a 5,000 employee United States retail chain.
Configured modules included purchase order management for placing, entering and following up on purchase orders with vendors, merchandise financial planning centered on Open-to-Buy controls, markdown and margin analytics capturing MD%, GM%, IMU% and turn, and allocation and replenishment to move product from warehouse to selling floor. Reporting and RDW-style analytics were instrumented to generate OTB and financial reports used by merchandising and finance teams.
The Oracle Retail Merchandising System interoperated with EDI for vendor communications and with PeopleSoft for financial and workforce records, reflecting in-house proficiency with Retek RMS, RDW Reports and Oracle reporting tools. Operational processes implemented through the system included scheduling market appointments and travel logistics to select and negotiate new merchandise, and orchestrating PO lifecycle and vendor follow up to improve on time delivery.
Governance changes formalized OTB controls, PO approval and allocation workflows to keep selling floors well stocked and to meet consumer demand. The implementation supported store-level merchandising and expansion activities, including a new Manhattan men and women shoe store which currently accounts for 40% of sales.
