| Kyriba | Legacy | Kyriba Treasury | Treasury Management | TRM | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, CFAO Group implemented Kyriba Treasury as its Treasury Management solution to centralize treasury workflows across its subsidiaries. Work between February 2020 and May 2020 concentrated on accounting and consolidation controls, supporting monthly closings and intragroup reconciliations for the group finance organization.
Kyriba Treasury configuration focused on bank reconciliation, cash position consolidation and intercompany reconciliation capabilities, aligning treasury operations with month end closings and P&L analytical review processes. The deployment used Kyriba Treasury to orchestrate bank statement interfaces and reconciliation workflows while operational teams supplemented system feeds with Excel extractions, including pivot tables and lookup reconciliations.
Integrations were explicitly implemented with Oracle's JD Edwards EnterpriseOne for transactional subledger feeds, HFM Hyperion for consolidation and validation, and Diapason for additional financial interfaces, all connected to Kyriba Treasury. These integrated feeds supported reconciliations between subsidiaries and the group consolidation under IFRS and IAS and enabled bank reconciliation outputs to feed into the consolidation cycle. Operational coverage included group accounting, consolidation and treasury teams across the CFAO Group subsidiary network.
Governance and process work emphasized IFRS and IAS compliance, monthly closure discipline, preparation of liasses fiscales and statutory tax declarations such as VAT, TVS, professional taxes and DEB. Role based controls, reconciliation signoffs and consolidation validation were structured across accounting, treasury and tax functions with HFM Hyperion used for consolidation reporting and Kyriba Treasury providing treasury orchestration. The implementation narrative centers on system configuration, integrated feeds and process alignment to support recurring close and statutory reporting workflows.
