Configuration work focused on standard Compensation Management capabilities, including design of compensation plans and cycles, pay component and allowance structures, eligibility and population rules, merit and variable pay modeling, and calibration session administration within the Compensation module.
Operational integrations were concentrated inside the SuccessFactors suite, enabling performance ratings and goal outcomes from Performance & Goals to feed compensation decision workflows, and allowing succession and career development data to inform pay and promotion eligibility.
