In-House Applications Legacy In-House ATS Applicant Tracking System HCM n/a 2016 2016
In 2016 China State Construction Engineering implemented an In-House ATS developed by In-House Applications as a company-hosted Applicant Tracking System exposed on the corporate careers website to capture external applicants and manage requisitions for construction and real estate business units. The deployment placed the In-House ATS directly on cscec.com.cn to centralize online candidate intake and public job posting for the enterprise. The In-House ATS deployment comprised core Applicant Tracking System capabilities including job requisition management, career site job posting, application intake and resume parsing, candidate profile management, recruitment workflow orchestration, interview scheduling, and role based access controls for HR and hiring managers. Configuration emphasized recruiter workflow automation, approval routing, and vacancy lifecycle tracking to align with CSCEC recruiting processes. Architecturally the system is web hosted within CSCEC infrastructure and integrated with the corporate career pages for direct application submission and profile creation. The platform centralizes applicant records and provides recruiter facing interfaces, email notification and calendar scheduling at the application layer, and audit logging for hiring events. Operational coverage focused on central talent acquisition teams and distributed hiring managers across CSCEC business units and project sites, with governance enforcing standardized hiring workflows, access permissions, and audit trails. Rollout was staged through the public website to consolidate external candidate intake while formalizing recruiter and hiring manager processes within the In-House ATS.
