Operational processes implemented included creation of accounts receivable aging reports and ad hoc reporting, communication workflows with third parties for reconciliation and collection activity, and reconciliation of the settlement system to the general ledger. The project also contributed to the transition of service charge billings from Great Plains to the Cash Management system, reflecting an internal shift of billing flows and cash management controls within the ERP Financial landscape.
