In 2022, CIEL HR implemented HfactoR Expense Management. CIEL HR operates HfactoR as its in-house HR Tech platform to streamline HR, payroll, attendance and expense processes across its India operations and client organizations. The deployment positions HfactoR Expense Management as the Expense Management component of the broader HfactoR unified HRMS.
HfactoR Expense Management was configured to support expense capture, multi level approval workflows, policy enforcement, receipt management and reimbursement processing, consistent with Expense Management category capabilities. Governance is centralized under CIEL HR with standardization of approval hierarchies and expense policies implemented directly in HfactoR Expense Management, and support and administration retained by the parent group. CIEL HR uses HfactoR Expense Management to support core finance and HR expense workflows.
