Governance and process work was led through Group HR and Payroll Functional Lead roles, providing quality assurance to senior executives while analysing, streamlining and optimising global HR and payroll requirements. The implementation involved collaborative engagement with external consultants and vendors and ongoing liaison with business subject matter experts to align security, reporting and operational workflows.
Documented outcomes included validated data migration into Oracle Cloud HCM, a built and tested interface to Preceda Payroll for Single Touch Payroll compliance, and explicit mitigation activities to reduce payroll payment risk during the upgrade and cutover periods.
