Configuration work focused on aligning pipeline stages and role based recruiter assignments to Cirque du Soleil hiring processes, and on automating candidate communications and interview coordination. The implementation used standard ATS functional modules to streamline recruiter review and candidate progress tracking.
The Lever by Employ instance was integrated directly with the public careers pages so applications flowed from the website into the ATS for recruiter action. Operational coverage included recruiting teams and hiring managers who use the system to review applications, advance candidates through stages, schedule interviews, and manage offers. The implementation emphasized web based candidate capture and centralized applicant handling within Lever by Employ.
Governance and process changes included mapping requisition and candidate data elements from SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting into Lever by Employ, redefining approval and offer routing to match new pipeline stages, and establishing recruiter ownership and data retention rules. This configuration centralizes email analysis outputs and preserves traceability for downstream AP processing and auditability.
Operationally the assistant is embedded in accounts payable workflows to reduce time spent on manual research, reshape case management and escalation processes, and standardize supplier communications across languages. Governance changes include automated prioritization rules driven by detected sentiment and invoice status, and a human validation step for generated responses to maintain accuracy and contract compliance.
Cirque du Soleil reports that the SAP Business AI assistant reduced average handling time for supplier inquiries from 30 minutes to two minutes per inquiry, delivering faster response times, enhanced supplier experiences and smoother multilingual automation.
