This configuration centralizes email analysis outputs and preserves traceability for downstream AP processing and auditability. Operationally the assistant is embedded in accounts payable workflows to reduce time spent on manual research, reshape case management and escalation processes, and standardize supplier communications across languages. Governance changes include automated prioritization rules driven by detected sentiment and invoice status, and a human validation step for generated responses to maintain accuracy and contract compliance. Cirque du Soleil reports that the SAP Business AI assistant reduced average handling time for supplier inquiries from 30 minutes to two minutes per inquiry, delivering faster response times, enhanced supplier experiences and smoother multilingual automation. Stated benefits include efficiency gains, improved accuracy in payment status responses, bilingual support for global suppliers, scalability to handle high volumes, and improved supplier satisfaction.
