The implementation addressed multi-entity accounting and reconciliations, and supported a parallel HR and Payroll implementation project across the bank in three Baltic countries to ensure payroll accounting feeds and employee cost allocations were captured in the ERP Financial system. Governance changes focused on establishing a single source of truth for financial data, formalizing data mapping and reconciliation processes, and instituting role based access for finance and reporting users. The work to detail ledger mappings and unify reporting data was intended to enable consistent Management and External reporting across Banka Citadele and its subsidiaries.
