Integrations were explicitly supported via interfacing patterns, for example connections to recruiting and talent flow tools such as Jobvite, and the implementation accounted for dependencies between HR and Finance EBS modules. Test and release practices included environment preparation for System Integration Testing and support of User Acceptance Testing, with issue triage and escalation handled through the service desk ecosystem and tooling such as JIRA and My Oracle Support. Governance followed the Oracle Unified Method and Citco’s EBS governance Framework, with change delivery encompassing proofs of concept, patches and upgrades, security maintenance and documented design approvals. Operational ownership emphasized ongoing application support, incident resolution, and controlled delivery of enhancements through the Center of Excellence triage process and escalation to EBS Solutions, Oracle Support and third party managed support when required.
