| IgniteTech | Legacy | IgniteTech Computron | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2003 | 2003 |
In 2003, Citigroup Singapore implemented IgniteTech Computron as its core ERP Financial application to centralize corporate accounting and financial management across its Singapore operations. The engagement positioned IgniteTech Computron to support the bank's enterprise finance function under the ERP Financial category and establish a standardized platform for statutory and management reporting.
The deployment configured typical ERP Financial capabilities, including a centralized general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset accounting, and financial reporting ledgers. Configuration work emphasized multi ledgers for statutory and management reporting, multi currency transaction handling, automated journal processing for month end close, and workflow-driven approval paths for payables and receivables.
Operational scope focused on corporate finance, treasury support, accounting operations, and consolidation activities within Citigroup Singapore, supporting regulatory reporting and internal control workflows. The implementation was scoped for finance, accounting, and treasury users and designed to align chart of accounts and accounting policies with regional statutory requirements.
Governance was structured around finance process owners and configuration change control, with role based access provisioning and phased rollout sequencing aligned to accounting period cutovers. IgniteTech Computron had prior vendor presence in ASEAN and established relationships with major Singapore financial institutions, which supported adoption and local operationalization within Citigroup Singapore.

| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle PeopleSoft HCM | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2002 | 2003 |
In 2002 Citigroup Singapore implemented Oracle PeopleSoft HCM as its Core HR system, establishing a centralized HRMS for core human resources workflows. Oracle PeopleSoft HCM functioned as the authoritative Core HR platform for employee records, position management and HR compensation touchpoints.
In 2013 and 2014 Citigroup Singapore extended the PeopleSoft estate with a PeopleSoft Global Payroll rollout, positioning Singapore as the Asia pilot and the UK as the EMEA pilot. The Global Payroll implementation required the North American Global Payroll team to understand APAC and EMEA Citi HRMS and the Citi Time Management System CTMS, and to fold those systems into the PeopleSoft Global Payroll design for Asia and EMEA.
Implementation workstreams included mapping the existing ADP payroll vendor interface into PeopleSoft Global Payroll, translating ADP general ledger processes into functional specifications for PeopleSoft General Ledger integration, configuring the Singapore country extension to capture statutory payroll requirements, and managing HRMS Compensation changes that affect payroll calculations. The project team provided functional support during build and testing with developers, payroll and finance testers, and trained production support teams on the General Ledger component, achieving a very low defect count at go-live.
Project governance centered on twice weekly deep dive sessions and fit gap analyses with payroll operations, project, functional and technology teams. A Global Payroll Business Analyst role served as the functional SME liaison between HRMS and Global Payroll, bridging time management, compensation, payroll processing and finance requirements and ensuring timely clarifications from local payroll operations and HR for the North American project team.

| FIS Global | Legacy | FIS Global One | Loan Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, Citigroup Singapore implemented FIS Global One for Loan Management to support its Trade Services and trade lending activities. The deployment was scoped to the Singapore Trade Services pillar, explicitly to support fee based trade products and asset business flows including UPAS LCs, Export LC discounting and Trade Loans to financial institutions, and to align loan lifecycle processes with local regulatory requirements.
The FIS Global One implementation configured core Loan Management capabilities including loan origination workflows, credit decisioning gates, pricing and fee management, servicing and lifecycle management, and embedded controls for P&L tracking and product-level profitability analysis. Configuration emphasized product program governance and fee orchestration to support the Trade Services Product Manager mandate for pricing strategy, sub-product P&L oversight and alignment with global product programs.
Integrations were established with front end and digitization channels referenced in the Trade Services roadmap, including CitiDirect and DocuSign, and connections to third party trade platforms such as Contour and Komgo to streamline origination and documentation for trade loans. The deployment was integrated into institutional control processes, working directly with Risk, Legal, Compliance and Operations stakeholders to ensure conformity with regulatory and policy requirements and to support regional and global deal review workflows.
Governance for FIS Global One centered on updating Country Product Programs in line with Global Product Program rules, enforcing risk and control checkpoints, and embedding operational workflows that route approvals and exception handling through the bank’s existing compliance and operations teams. Rollout emphasis focused on driving adoption within Trade Services, enabling product commercialization and maintaining alignment between credit structure, Basel oriented risk requirements and ongoing product management responsibilities.
