TechnologyOne Legacy TechnologyOne Enterprise Asset Management Enterprise Asset Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2009 2009 In 2009, City of Cockburn implemented TechnologyOne Enterprise Asset Management to centralize asset and works management under the Enterprise Asset Management category. The deployment was executed within the municipality’s broader TechnologyOne application estate, and delivery was managed through the City’s Business Systems function with a dedicated project manager for the Works and Assets implementation. Configuration centered on TechnologyOne Works and Assets modules, and the implementation included category aligned capabilities such as asset lifecycle records, maintenance scheduling, work order management and condition assessment. The TechnologyOne Enterprise Asset Management solution was implemented alongside the council’s TechnologyOne Property Ci module and TechnologyOne Financials, and SQL reporting was used to provide BI and operational reporting that aligned asset records with property, rates and financial data. Deployment architecture reflected virtualization practices used across the estate, including support and assistance for an upgrade to a 2 tier VMWare model for the corporate financial application. Operational readiness activities included database maintenance schedules, systems testing and quality assurance, and the Business Systems Team provided help desk supervision, system documentation and user reference material. SQL based reporting and operational reports were established to support maintenance planning and works scheduling. Operational coverage and governance extended to rates and property management, planning and building application assessment, and service areas such as Health, Rangers and Waste where the TechnologyOne CRM module had been implemented. Governance practices included systems analysis and design specifications, testing and change control, and ongoing support and upgrades for the property and rating system. The Business Systems Coordinator acted as Project Manager for the TechnologyOne Works and Assets Implementation and continued to provide application support and maintenance.
