Rollout activities emphasized process redesign, role based configuration authority, and staged adoption across core administrative functions to increase adaptability to changing business requirements. The City implemented Oracle Cloud ERP to create a user friendly, integrated ERP Financial environment and to streamline administrative and financial practices. AST and Oracle positioned the integrated solution to deliver streamlined, efficient business processes and significant savings of time and cost.
