Operational integration included logging invoices into Sun using Kontrolla, and running weekly payments from different currency accounts against Sun records. Routine operational tasks documented against the system include creating supplier accounts and analysis codes in Sun, coding recoverable costs, coding and posting credit card statements and petty cash, and reconciliations of bank accounts for different legal entities. Governance and process controls were centered on monthly creditor and debtor reviews, a detailed VAT review cycle, and a supplier query and account maintenance workflow that supports both local staff and the overseas team. Day to day responsibilities emphasized adherence to month end schedules, accurate cost coding, and cross team support for queries raised by suppliers and internal stakeholders.
