Operational ownership rested with accounts payable and finance teams, with supplier masterdata creation and reconciliation workflows embedded into daily AP operations.
Governance focused on structured masterdata controls, supplier statement reconciliation cadence, and formalized month end closing responsibilities to support audit readiness. Basware AP Automation served as the AP Automation platform that orchestrated invoice booking, supplier data governance, reconciliation workflows, and audit support for Coloplast finance.

Governance was formalized through monthly Change Advisory Board meetings that revised change requests and reviewed the HR project pipeline for Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruitment, Compensation Management, and Employee Central. Technical leadership advised process owners on template rationalization and quarterly update coordination, embedding Compensation governance into a broader SuccessFactors change management cadence.
