Altura Consulting served as the system integrator and configured governance controls, role based approvals, and change management related to compensation cycles. Commercial Bank of Africa is now running efficiently with SAP Performance Management, Goal Management, Employee Profile, Compensation Management, Workforce Performance Builder, Travel Management and Expense on SAP HCM On-Premise, reflecting integrated HR and compensation operations.
