Operationally the implementation unified front-office and back-office processing, providing a common data model and workflow layer for operations and customer channels. The architecture supported web-enabled access for staff and mobile channel integration, consolidating reporting and transaction records into the single relational store. Governance and process changes prioritized auditability and controlled workflows, leveraging multi-level auditing and the report library to standardize compliance reporting and operational oversight. By embedding workflow automation and centralized intelligence with DCI iCore360, Commercial Bank of Texas, N.A. aligned core banking functions and operational processes under the Core Banking application.
