Architecturally the implementation leveraged Simphony’s enterprise POS model to centralize menu, pricing and configuration management while supporting distributed order capture and transaction processing at individual sites. Functional capabilities implemented included point of sale transaction processing, loyalty program management and web ordering channels, aligning with Point Of Sale workflows such as order capture, payment workflow orchestration and customer loyalty management.
The rollout targeted multiple business divisions providing managed food and support services throughout the United States, covering catering, retail and on-site foodservice operations. The program established centralized operational governance for menu and loyalty rules and provisioned POS endpoints at site level to standardize ordering and fulfillment workflows across divisions.
