| Oracle | Oracle E-Business Suite | Oracle Cloud ERP | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2017 | 2018 |
In 2017, CompuCom implemented Oracle Cloud ERP in an ERP Financial program known as Project Beacon, migrating from Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1.3. The implementation focused on consolidating finance and procurement processes, with governance centered on a central tech lead and cross-functional working sessions to manage cutover and master data cleansing.
The implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP included explicit master data conversion of Customers, Suppliers, GL Balances, Open Purchase Orders and transactional data, and incorporated reporting solutioning using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence and BI Publisher. The team defined the automation architecture and produced a runbook to standardize operational tasks, and the engagement included BIP report performance tuning as part of the delivery scope.
Integration architecture was designed around Oracle Integration Cloud service for inbound and outbound flows between Oracle Cloud ERP and third party applications, providing the interface layer for transactional and master data exchange. Design sessions and implementation phase planning were conducted with partner PwC, while internal technical leadership retained responsibilities for deliverables, coordination and technical solutioning.
Project governance covered project planning, gap analysis and roadmap discussions with management, followed by detailed design sessions and cutover planning with business owners and cross-functional teams. The running environment considerations drew on prior EBS production support experience, including PL/SQL, OAF, reports, EbTax, Vertex and AME development and enhancements, to inform operational support processes for the cloud deployment.
CompuCom Oracle Cloud ERP ERP Financial implementation therefore combined data conversion, integration via OIC, reporting middleware work and an automation runbook, with governance led by a designated Oracle Team Lead and coordinated delivery with PwC during the 2017 to 2019 activity window.

In 2010, CompuCom implemented iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System as its Applicant Tracking System. The implementation exposed iCIMS hosted career pages on CompuCom’s public careers entry point, using the iCIMS career site URL to present job listings and capture external candidate applications.
Configuration emphasized core Applicant Tracking System capabilities, including job requisition management, candidate profile and resume intake, configurable application forms, workflow driven screening and interview coordination, and candidate status tracking. The deployment leveraged iCIMS cloud architecture for application intake and workflow orchestration, with recruitment workflows and system configuration administered by centralized HR and talent acquisition teams.
Integrations are focused on the embedded iCIMS career site integration on CompuCom’s website, which handles external application submission and routes candidates directly into the iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System. Operational scope centers on CompuCom recruitment and hiring activities in the United States, with HR and talent acquisition governing requisition approvals, hiring workflows, and candidate lifecycle processes as managed within iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System.

In 2024, CompuCom deployed FreeWheel Demandsuite as part of its Agency Management footprint on its public website. The implementation embeds FreeWheel Demandsuite into the company digital advertising stack to control demand, manage advertiser access to inventory, and centralize campaign delivery for site properties.
Configuration emphasized demand-side orchestration, ad decisioning, campaign trafficking, and reporting capabilities consistent with Agency Management platforms, with FreeWheel Demandsuite configured to handle advertiser-facing controls and inventory availability. Deployment was executed as a website-integrated instance, instrumenting ad decisioning tags and web delivery points to align ad calls with site session handling and content delivery workflows.
Operational ownership resides with digital marketing and media monetization teams who manage campaign setup, inventory rules, and performance reporting, and governance was adjusted to centralize ad operations and campaign approval workflows under those functions. The deployment ties CompuCom, FreeWheel Demandsuite, Agency Management, and digital advertising and media monetization business functions into a single operational and governance context.
