In 2019, Consult Recruitment implemented JobAdder Analytics. Consult Recruitment, a New Zealand recruitment firm that uses JobAdder as its applicant tracking system, adopted JobAdder Analytics, formerly marketed as PowerAdder, to support an in-market NZ recruitment and HR use case within the Analytics and BI category.
The deployment was configured to surface diversity and consultant performance insights through embedded dashboards and configurable reports, aligning analytics to recruiting workflows and screening activities. Functional capability emphasis included diversity reporting, performance KPIs at the consultant level, candidate pipeline analytics, and screening throughput metrics, with automated visualizations and scheduled reporting to operational users.
