The implementation was executed as a global standardization program across AMER, EMEA and APAC for the company’s OB/GYN medical device, fertility, and genomics businesses and was implemented in tandem with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, a Master Data Management capability, and PRISYM 360 international labeling applications.
Change management and enablement were embedded in the rollout: CooperSurgical created and managed stakeholder engagement and leadership advisory groups, a change agent network and regional advisory teams, and produced consolidated communication plans, change assessments, and a blended training curriculum (online and classroom courses, guides, and quick-reference materials). The deployment focused on process standardization, data harmonization and integration between ERP, CRM, MDM and labeling systems to establish a single, standardized set of systems and processes for global operations.
