In 2016, Core Spaces implemented Entrata Leasing Suite as its centralized Lease Management platform. The deployment transitioned the company's entire property portfolio off AMSI and RealPage OneSite Leasing & Rents into Entrata Leasing Suite, consolidating leasing operations under a single vendor application.
The Entrata Leasing Suite implementation focused on core lease lifecycle capabilities typical of Lease Management software, including applicant screening and leasing workflow orchestration, electronic lease execution and document management, and tenant self-service functionality. Configuration work emphasized standardized lease templates and portfolio-level product configuration to align leasing workflows and application intake across sites.
Data migration activity moved tenant, unit, and lease records from AMSI and RealPage OneSite Leasing & Rents into Entrata Leasing Suite, creating a single source of truth for property and resident data. Operational coverage extended to property management and leasing teams, with accounting and revenue collection workflows routed through the consolidated Lease Management instance.
Governance was organized around centralized configuration control and rollout sequencing, with staged property onboarding to Entrata Leasing Suite and process standardization for lease approvals, renewals, and document retention. Training and change control were applied to align regional property operations and onsite leasing staff to the new Entrata Leasing Suite processes.
