Implementation work centered on designing connection points between FIS GETPAID and the SAP Deferred Payment program. Design activities documented interface requirements, data field mappings for payment and invoice identifiers, and the payment lifecycle events needed to support automated receivables processing and deferred payment reconciliation within the AR Automation context.
Operational scope included PHI-Financial Services and accounts receivable teams, who collaborated on interface specifications, integration testing, and acceptance criteria. Governance emphasized business-user driven configuration and process alignment to ensure FIS GETPAID functioned as the AR Automation layer coordinating payment capture, authorization flows, and reconciliation with the SAP Deferred Payment program.

In 2016 Corteva Agriscience deployed UKG Workforce Central Absence Manager ex Kronos Workforce Absence Manager for Absence and Leave Management to centralize absence, accruals and timekeeping governance across HR and payroll operations. The implementation targeted enterprise eTime and production support activities, engaging operations leadership, payroll, human resources and end users to stabilize absence and time workflows at scale.
The deployment included configuration and ongoing support of core modules such as Workforce Timekeeper, Time and Attendance, Absence Management, Accruals, pay rules, reports and wage profiles. UKG Workforce Central Absence Manager was extended with Workforce Device Manager for time clock management and Activities for automated time workflows, and configuration work addressed pay rule functionality and report generation using Oracle SQL and PL SQL plus Oracle Reports, Alerts and workflow constructs.
Integration architecture emphasized bidirectional data flows, with Workforce Integration Manager interfaces inbound for employee demographics and census data and outbound for payroll hours and wages. The project implemented Kronos Connect integrations with Lawson HR Payroll and Epic clinical systems, web methods based interfaces for activities to target systems, and addressed authentication integration, external mail system links, Java plug in behavior and database connectivity as part of the integration stack.
Governance work included gathering business rules, functional and non functional requirements from HR, documenting and updating timekeeping and attendance policies, and producing end user instructional materials for Workforce Timekeeper. Production support activities covered monitoring and troubleshooting system performance, security and workflow notification issues, supervising data flow between systems and maintaining accruals, interfaces and pay rule configurations.
