In 2018, CP, a Zeppelin Rental Company implemented To-Increase DynaRent Solutions Suite to align and automate core rental operations across its Denmark-based equipment rental business. The To-Increase DynaRent Solutions Suite was deployed as a Lease Management,Rental Management System to support CP ApS’s rental of office and crew modules, containers, and construction equipment and to reduce manual processes that were causing operational friction.
The implementation focused on standardizing and automating end-to-end rental workflows, including reservation and scheduling, equipment picking and returns, internal invoicing, and service and maintenance planning. DynaRent’s mobility and cloud-capable components were configured to support field service coordination and to document process steps, enabling the company to remove manual schedule checks and reduce reliance on individual memory for delivery accuracy.
Integration architecture included direct operational synchronization with Microsoft Dynamics AX, enabling real-time synchronization with finance and unified transactional control between rental operations and accounting. Operational coverage extended across operations, logistics, transport, service, maintenance, and finance functions, providing a single platform for documentation and transactional handoffs between departments.
Deployment and governance were validated through a pilot project executed by To-Increase, with extensive support and testing provided during rollout to ensure configuration fidelity and process adherence.
