| Oracle | Oracle E-Business Suite | Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2015 | 2016 |
In 2015 CPB Contractors implemented Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne under a program referred to as JDE Migration, aligning with CIMIC Group strategic direction to phase out Oracle E-Business Suite Rel. 12.1.3. The work targeted ERP Financial capabilities with a procurement focus, positioning Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne as the core financial and procurement application for CPB Contractors.
The implementation emphasis was on procurement modules, specifically Oracle Purchasing and JDE Procurement, configured within a JD Edwards Enterprise 9 environment. The project scope covered migration of master and transactional data into Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, with configuration and mapping activities to support Procure to Pay flows and financial master data alignment.
Operational migration activities included identification and extraction of Open Purchase Orders from Oracle E-Business Suite, business driven data cleansing, extraction and data reconciliation. Data conversion was managed by Data Conversion teams who loaded records into JD Edwards via a quoted Z file load mechanism and front end import utility, and the team established testing and reconciliation artifacts to validate migrated master and transactional data.
Governance centered on Business Analysis engagement with business units and project champions, with an IT lead managing data conversion teams and coordinating End to End Procure to Pay process testing in JD Edwards for migrated data for data reconciliation purposes. Work was performed from Chatswood New South Wales and the implementation narrative reflects targeted restructuring of Procure to Pay testing and reconciliation processes rather than broader enterprise rollout claims.

| Damstra | Legacy | Damstra Asset Management | Enterprise Asset Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2021 | 2021 |
In 2021, CPB Contractors, part of CIMIC Group, implemented Damstra Asset Management under the Enterprise Asset Management category across its Australian project portfolio. The initial deployment focused on converging asset related operational controls with workforce credentialing and site compliance workflows.
Damstra extended its Learnings and Digital Forms modules across all present and future CPB Contractors projects in Australia to digitize training, inductions and compliance workflows. The implementation used Damstra Asset Management to centralize learning management, automate digital form capture and maintain auditable compliance records linked to project assets and personnel credentials.
The expansion was executed as a contract variation announced in late 2021, explicitly extending Learnings and Digital Forms across current and pipeline projects. This contract variation was expected to increase Damstra's annual recurring revenue by about AUD 550,000 per year as a near term outcome.
Operational coverage emphasized project site operations, induction and compliance teams, and project delivery governance to standardize workflows and recordkeeping. Governance adjustments included centralizing form templates and role based access to training records to embed digital forms into project compliance processes.
