In 2017, Creamy Stuff implemented SAP Business One, an ERP Financial application. The Swiss consumer packaged goods company of roughly 10 employees implemented the system to centralize core financial and operational recordkeeping while enabling a phased adoption approach suited to a small organization.
The implementation was delivered with implementation partner ANG and was configured to support core finance workflows typical of ERP Financial systems, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and foundational inventory controls appropriate for small-scale CPG operations. The deployment emphasizes a modular, lightweight configuration that allows capability activation in stages rather than a comprehensive immediate rollout.
Operational governance has been owner-driven, with founder and managing director Silke Hopp overseeing gradual expansion of functionality. Creamy Stuff states it is not yet using the full potential of SAP Business One and continues to progress little by little, using SAP Business One as a platform to grow step by step.
